1. The drilling rig adopts world-class hydraulic products, and the hydraulic circuit adopts a combination of closed (push-pull and rotary) circuit and open (auxiliary circuit) load sensitive circuit, with high efficiency.

2. The drilling rig adopts a split structure, which includes three main parts: main engine power, main engine, and operation room, making transportation convenient.

3. Adopting a dual power system to meet the needs of different working conditions, it can flexibly achieve dual or single machine operation, save energy and reduce consumption. If one hydraulic system or power fails, the other system can work normally (with unchanged capacity and reduced speed).

4. The operating valve group adopts electronic control and manual coordination, and the main control valve adopts imported American Saar valve, which has high reliability.

5. The drilling rig parameters are displayed using a combination of direct sensing pointers and electronic instruments, making the drilling rig pressure, torque, speed, thrust and tension parameters clear at a glance.

6. The power head rotation is driven by four sets of imported French Portland dual low-speed high torque motors, and is equipped with two stepless speed regulation functions. The spindle is floating, which is conducive to protecting the drill pipe threads.

7. The power head push-pull is driven by a six motor reducer and a rack and pinion transmission, which has good stability and high efficiency.

8. Equipped with an independent operating room and air conditioning, the working environment is comfortable and easy to operate.

9. The distance between the clamp and the release clamp of the gripper is adjustable, and the release clamp automatically centers. The gripper travels throughout the entire process, ensuring accurate, stable, and reliable release.

10. Adopting imported Doosan gearbox from South Korea, it has strong power and climbing ability.
