HYDX-2/HYHD-2A Full Hydraulic Portable Drilling Rig
I.General Overview HYDX-2 Full Hydraulic Portable Drilling Rig is a kind of light rig designed for geological exploration in remote area difficult to enter. It is mainly suitable for diamond drilling with wire line coring technique. The rig consists of diesel power unit, hydraulic system, control panel, mast, main winch, wireline winch, drill head, feed system, footclamp, etc. The rig is completely hydraulic driven for all its surface coring function. Fission design makes the rig in good assemblability and disassemblability, facilitating transportation to most inaccessible areas. Robust structure plus exact control system ensures high penetration rate and outstanding reliability.
Ⅱ. Main Technical Features: 1. The drilling rig has compact structure, reasonable layout, superior performance, simple operation and convenient maintenance. It is an ideal coring drilling equipment.
2. The drilling rig is driven by full hydraulic pressure and walks on steel crawler tracks.
3. The rotation of the power head is driven by a variable pump and a motor, and the mechanical two-speed stepless speed regulation is advanced in structure.
4. The feeding of the power head adopts the double-speed feeding mechanism of the oil cylinder chain, the movement is stable and reliable, and the lateral translation mechanism of the power head is provided.
5. The mast adopts an oil cylinder to lift and fall, and can be folded for easy transportation. The mast can slide as a whole, and can be drilled within a range of 45° to 90°.
6. The hydraulic system adopts load-sensitive control, and the rotation of the main shaft adopts a closed circuit driven by double motors, which has high working efficiency and large torque.
7. With upper and lower centralizing devices, the orifice is equipped with a hydraulic gripper.
